I wasn’t looking forward to tallying up May’s purchases for this month’s shopping budget, mostly because I partook in a bit of pre-vacation shopping before St. Martin. My favorite purchases of the month: pom pom scarves, printed shorts and a gorgeous pearl necklace.
Surprisingly though, I managed to stay under budget since most of the pieces I bought were relatively inexpensive … What can I say? I’m a sucker for cheap thrills! I’ve never been more ready for summer and I think last month’s purchases would agree. Instead of stocking up spring layers, I spent most of my shopping budget already in vacation mode. Mirrored aviators, a floral print romper, and a few new dresses to add to the summer mix. I went a little over budget this month, but the thought of vacay days, warm temps and sunshine had me a little trigger-happy. Happy May!
