You might have noticed that’s it been a little quiet around here these days. I’m trying to create more thoughtful content on the blog, but also my day job has been taking up a lot of my focus and energy. Many of you know that I work for an airline. Well we’ve just come out of four different hurricanes all back-to-back-to-back. Stressed has been my baseline for the past month, so I figured I’d tackle it here on the blog and share my tips on how to not let it get the best of you.
