currently craving: studded accessories.

When I think of studded accessories, I think about that “punk rock” phase I went through in junior high, complete with chunky studded belt and emo song lyrics scribbled on my notebook. Well I’m happy to report that the studs I’m wearing these days are a bit more tasteful and free of teenage angst. felt & flannel.

I’m finally ready to embrace all things fall. I’m talking felt, flannel, foliage and repeat. Most of the trees around the city have turned brilliant shades of gold and the transformation is truly spectacular. I’m planning on plenty of strolls through the park over the next few weekends because this is one sight that will never get old.

Most of the leaves in the city have started to turn a crispy gold — a gorgeous sight that I don’t think will ever get old. I’m embracing in all things fall: foliage, felt and flannel.

october 2013 recap.

one / two / three / four

I feel like I say this every month, but holy crap — where did the month go? October was a complete blur! One day, I’m strolling down the streets in shorts and next thing I know, I’m pulling out the faux fur for the season. I love the charm of fall in NYC, but hate that winter is lurking just around the corner. So enjoy all of my fun, transitional outfits while it lasts — it’s almost time for boots and tights season!
