After yesterday’s blog post, I’m still in the mood to mix prints!  Today, I paired six patterned pieces with each other for looks that range from playful and feminine to outright bold.  Mixing prints can be a little tricky, but it’s definitely not rocket science.

If you’re just getting started, try mixing a classic striped shirt with a more playful pattern.  If you’re feeling more daring, test out the latter two options for a look that’s sure to turn heads.

It’s the last round of my style collaboration with Tara of Mix and Match Fashion, Sara of Glitter & Grace, and Jessica of Bows & Sequins.  It’s been so much fun working with these creative ladies and for our final challenge, we’re showing you how to wear mixed prints.

what to wear: fall weddings.

This year, I went to three weddings in three different seasons: spring, summer, and fall (do winter weddings even exist?).  I loved attending and dressing up for each one for different reasons, but fall weddings call for a look that’s a little more demure than its spring/summer counterparts.  Classic cuts, adorable accessories, and sophisticated styling is the way I prefer to dress for a fall wedding.  How about you?
