print mixology.

After yesterday’s blog post, I’m still in the mood to mix prints!  Today, I paired six patterned pieces with each other for looks that range from playful and feminine to outright bold.  Mixing prints can be a little tricky, but it’s definitely not rocket science.

If you’re just getting started, try mixing a classic striped shirt with a more playful pattern.  If you’re feeling more daring, test out the latter two options for a look that’s sure to turn heads.

1. Banana Republic Striped Button-Back Tee — $39.50
2. ModCloth Sail We Dance Skirt — $87.99
3. ModCloth See You Round Skirt — $42.99
4. J.Crew Jacquard Dot Popover — $88
5. Forever 21 Ikat Print Button Up — $17.80
6. Topshop Crazy Ikat Print Bodycon Skirt — $32

I’m so glad to have found your adorable blog. I must admit I’m kind of a wimp when it comes to pattern mixing but I adore the first look! Baby steps right?
