When I told you that the sight of fall foliage will never get old, I wasn’t kidding. Two weeks ago, Tracy, Shelby, Katie and I made our way to Central Park. So maybe we were all a little too overdressed for a casual stroll through the park, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I picked up this little number during our shopping trip in SoHo. I love the cobalt color, the clean lines and the subtle texture of the dress. It’s moody, but modern and will no doubt be a a staple in both my work and weekend wardrobe.

currently craving: studded accessories. 3 Replies

When I think of studded accessories, I think about that “punk rock” phase I went through in junior high, complete with chunky studded belt and emo song lyrics scribbled on my notebook. felt & flannel. 6 Replies

I’m finally ready to embrace all things fall. I’m talking felt, flannel, foliage and repeat. Most of the trees around the city have turned brilliant shades of gold and the transformation is truly spectacular. I’m planning on plenty of strolls through the park over the next few weekends because this is one sight that will never get old.

Most of the leaves in the city have started to turn a crispy gold — a gorgeous sight that I don’t think will ever get old. I’m embracing in all things fall: foliage, felt and flannel.
