flipping out.

A few weeks ago, I mentioned a website where you can buy and sell new and used clothes online.  Since my first experience with Threadflip, I’ve begun selling a few pieces out of my own closet.  After all, moving across the country in a few weeks will require shedding a lot of unnecessary stuff — so why not share it with you?  Check out my items for sale on Threadflip and enjoy!

wedding wear.

This past weekend, I headed up to Northern Arizona to watch my brother get hitched. The outdoor wedding called for a flowy, floral frock, sparkling accessories, and plenty of wine.  Cheers to the newest members of my family and congrats to my bro and new sis-in-law!

chartreuse three ways.

If I had to pick a favorite color of this summer, it would definitely be chartreuse.  It’s a bright, citrusy color that’s sure to grab people’s attention.  Last year, I was unsure of how to wear it (see here), but this summer, I’ve been determined to wear as much of it as I can!  Play it safe by pairing it with neutrals or go big by adding other bright colors to the mix — but whatever you do, keep the accessories simple and let the bold color take the stage.  Here are a few of my favorite chartreuse looks from this summer.
