fall in line.

As promised, I’m wearing another pink number in honor of October’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month.  When I first thought about making this into a week-long project, I was worried that I didn’t have enough pink in my wardrobe to make a week’s supply of blog-worthy outfits.

Then I realized that there are plenty of ways to wear pink without looking like a bottle of Pepto Bismol.  By pairing a striped sweater with more earthy tones and leopard pumps, today’s outfit reflects the current change in the seasons and still gets the message across.

Shopping and Fashion Supporting Breast Cancer Research

There are plenty of ways to participate in October’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month by doing what we what we do on a regular basis: walking, running, and obviously my personal favorite — shopping.  I’ve rounded up some items that are both charitable and chic and noted how much of your purchase actually goes to charity in the deets below. Most of you know that October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.  It’s a time for us to share information about the prevention, detection, and treatment of breast cancer as well as participate in some amazing events that raise funds for research.  As for me, I’ll be wearing pink all week long and sharing some insightful links along the way.
