It’s quite likely that as you’re reading this post, I’m soaking up the sun somewhere on the beaches of St. Martin … probably in a neon swimsuit, a large floppy hat and oversized sunnies. Just your average Friday, right? Later this week, James and I are headed down to St. Martin for a little tropical getaway. I did a little pre-vacay shopping this past weekend, but I have a bit more outfit planning and packing to do. I’m thinking strappy sandals (although I’ll probably be barefoot the entire time), bright rompers and tropical print everything. Midi skirts might be my thing right now, but this spring, I’m also on the hunt for the perfect maxi dress (haven’t worn one in almost a year). Dress it up or dress it down, wear it day or night — maxi dresses are a one stop shop with so many ways to wear. So when I find one that I love (like this printed piece or this lounge-y number), I plan on living in it all spring and summer.
