As promised, I’m wearing another pink number in honor of October’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month. When I first thought about making this into a week-long project, I was worried that I didn’t have enough pink in my wardrobe to make a week’s supply of blog-worthy outfits.
Then I realized that there are plenty of ways to wear pink without looking like a bottle of Pepto Bismol. By pairing a striped sweater with more earthy tones and leopard pumps, today’s outfit reflects the current change in the seasons and still gets the message across.

Before last year, I owned zero sweaters. That’s right. Zero. They were never a shopping priority while I lived in Arizona, but after deciding to move to New York, I started stocking up on thicker knits. Now that sweater weather is quickly approaching,* I can’t wait to start piling on the layers! It’s been a long time coming, but summer vacation is finally in full swing. Now that the bar exam is over, I’ll be spending the next month soaking up the sun and catching up on life … oh and maybe weaning myself off caffeine and getting back to eating healthy. Lots to do and I’m gonna take my sweet time doing it.
