Even though I’m a bit on the short side (thanks mom and dad!), I love me a good maxi dress. There’s something undeniably feminine about a full-length frock. But still, at a staggering 5’2″, the perfect length is hard to come by. Sure, I could put in the extra effort to get them tailored, but I prefer picking up pieces that don’t require a 1-3 day wait time. They don’t call it ready-to-wear for nothing!
So when I put on this wallpaper floral maxi dress from LOFT, it was love at first sight. I bought it in petites, so the hem was already hovering perfectly above the ground — even while wearing flats! And oh hey there side slit — don’t mind if I channel a little Angelina Jolie. I’ll probably be scooping up this dress in turquoise ASAP because all dresses are 40% off at LOFT right now!
