You guys … I can’t even begin to explain how giddy all your sweet words about yesterday’s post made me feel. It’s only a mini-milestone in the grand scheme of things, but I’m so thankful that I get to call it mine and then be able to share it with you. Also, damn. I read over what I wrote and realized that I need to speak from the heart/drink and blog more often. They’re basically one in the same, right?
To sum it up: it’s the Friday going into a three-day weekend and life is good. I’m headed upstate for a day at the Saratoga Racetrack tomorrow, but besides that, I have no other plans but to soak up the last weekend of summer, catching up on some reading and wear the loosest fitting clothing that I can possible find (case in point: this dress).
