Does the print on this skirt look familiar? I wore a similar looking top a few weeks back and can’t get enough of the watercolor scheme. The ethereal feel is a refreshing change of pace from the city grind. And as much as I’d love to escape the concrete jungle for the entire summer, sometimes a relaxed look and a trip to the park will do the trick.

I thought I’d go for an effortlessly edgy look with this outfit, but it turns out that it was a few weeks too late for warm weather leather. I wish you could’ve seen how much of a hot mess I was — after walking a few blocks, my skirt was completely turned around and it was so hot and humid, that the faux leather stuck to me like glue. After hiding behind a wall to adjust (#bloggerproblems), I got my life together and back on track to looking a little less frazzled and a bit more bedazzled.
