I’m in New Orleans for the my bachelorette weekend and I’m so excited to be spending the next few days with my favorite ladies! Thanks to a very secretive Maid of Honor, I’m not privy to anything on the agenda so a versatile wardrobe is a must. You know I love a good dropwaist dress (last seen here and here), but this navy one in particular has been a staple since I got it last fall. I probably wear it a couple times a month and have no plans on stopping! Last month, I wore it with a knit bomber, but this past weekend I opted for a denim jacket and as long as there’s a spring breeze in the air, I’ll keep switching it up with all kinds of different layers. A mint-colored crossbody bag and a bold lip color is all I need to complete this little spring update.
It’s starting to hit me that our wedding is almost here (t-minus 46 days!!!). This weekend, I’m headed to New Orleans to celebrate with my best friends and my future sis-in-law. I can’t even explain how excited I am to have my favorite ladies from all over in one place. And even though I’m not that much of a party animal these days, I will always love a good reason to get dressed up!

I’m loving this printed dropwaist dress (which is on sale!) because there are so many colors to pull from for accessories.
