Is it me or is every brand having a friends and family sale right now? I’m not complaining (although my bank account may beg to differ), because LOFT is celebrating with 30% off your entire purchase or 40% off if you’re a cardmember. I wore this striped dress and this navy anorak on the blog yesterday and I recently picked up this tropical maxi skirt, this tassel scarf and this pretty peplum tank. Even though spring has technically sprung, New York is in that funky phase between of being chilly in the morning and evenings and warm in between. The transitional weather requires some strategic outfit planning – think lighter coats and easy to remove/add layers. I’ve been living in long-sleeve tees and ripped denim lately (in black and blue!) and now I’m on the hunt for a spring coat that’s both stylish and versatile (how cute is this blush trench?).
