If you’re a petite girl like me (I’m 5’2″), finding a maxi-length dress or skirt that doesn’t required alterations can be a bit of challenge, but it’s definitely not impossible.

High Neck Midi Shift Dress

Sometimes you have to think out of the box. This sleeveless blue dress is supposed to be a midi length, but it hits me as a maxi dress instead. Not mad about it. It’s simple and streamlined, but feels ultra modern with the high neck and leg slit. It comes in three colors (and is on sale for $28!), but I love this rich shade of blue that falls somewhere in between royal and navy. I styled it with my favorite fuchsia clutch and leopard ankle strap heels, but if you’ve got a little more leg to spare, a pair of booties would totally up your street style game.

  2. This looks stunning on you, so funny you use a midi dress as a maxi-dress, I totally wear midi-dresses as normal length dresses. Love that blue color!
