I’ve got two secret weapons when it comes to staying fit during the winter and you’re looking at one of them.
First, I’ve made it a goal to diversify my workouts and check out new studios more often. I’ve had ClassPass for almost two years now and through it, I’ve discovered my loving for spin, rowing, pilates and now boxing! I even recently decided to up the ante by investing in my own boxing gloves and spin shoes. Oh snap.
Clearly, I’m a sucker for the workout gear – it’s the second secret ingredient to a successful workout regime. I recently scooped up a pair of Nike Free 5.0 sneakers … and then there are the leggings (can we talk about this hot pink pair with mesh cutouts?). It seems as though everyone is on the activewear train these days, including the recent launch of Kate Spade’s new fitness line. I have a hard time justifying $85 for a bow on my sports bra, but a girl can dream right?
