It’s been a while since I’ve rocked the pencil skirt … mostly because I tend to associate them with a conservative, buttoned-up vibe. In my past life, I came from a world of skirt-suits, where the options were black, gray and maybe a navy (if you were feeling wild).
Suffice it to say: to get me anywhere near a pencil skirt these days, it’s got to be bright and bold like this floral print or this leafy pattern (both an extra 40% off, by the way!). I love a printed pencil with an asymmetrical zipper sweater and a pair of ankle-strap pumps. It’s anything but your average office wear and that’s something I can get behind.

I always love a fun patterned pencil skirt, and this one is gorgeous on you!
Beautfiul skirt. This skirt hits you at the perfect point. Not too long, not too short. Sometimes girls get it wrong and it’s not the proper length to be considered a pencil skirt. I also like the color and pattern. You look fantastic. Also, looks like you’re in my neck of the woods. I just did a photo shoot in StyTown/PCV a few weeks back myself. Great local.
