This past weekend, James, Tracy and I went on a cruise to benefit the Susan G. Komen Foundation and wearing this hot pink skirt for the occasion was a no brainer.  I kept things simple the first time I wore this skirt, but this time around, I channeled a bit of the Pink Ladies from Grease.  Part tough, part girly, and all for a good cause.

I’m sure you know by now that I’m not a big fan of Mondays, but I still always kick off the work week with a little extra panache.  Enter this insane tie-dye peplum dress.  It has the right cut and length for the office, with an eye-opening print that’s sure to jumpstart your morning.

It’s Memorial Day Weekend!  It’s the start of summer and the beginning of many adventures to come.  This weekend, the big brother and his wife are coming into town, so I’ll be playing hostess and tour guide and taking them to all of my favorite spots around the city.  And with the weather warming up, this weekend’s outfit calls for accessories that will keep things cool (helloooo ombre pumps).  Happy MDW peeps!
