At Ease

There should be a day between Saturday and Sunday because I could really use some extra time in my life. Sadly, there’s not so I’ll just have to settle for getting dressed as easily as possible on Monday mornings.

Enter these insanely comfortable, pajama-inspired pants. I’ve never felt so at ease with a pair of pants before. Add a soft burgundy tee and you can bet that I’ll be rolling straight out of bed and into this outfit today.

Pastel Palette

Does anyone else feel like summer is slipping away too quickly? The days are getting shorter, temps are getting cooler and fall is waiting impatiently in the wings. In the meantime, I’m trying to enjoy this last stretch of the season — planning a few more adventures and wearing as much color as possible.

Cue this pastel watercolor romper: it’s soft and flowy and has a playful little surprise in the back. Don’t be surprised if you find me living in this all the way through Labor Day.

Monday Mantra

We all know Mondays are rough. I’m talking hit the snooze button at least three times kind of rough. Thankfully, there are a few things that motivate me to crawl out of bed in the morning — the number one being the chance to put my best foot forward for the week.

Sounds corny, I know, but I feel like the way Monday plays out sets the tone for the rest of the week. That’s why I try stepping up my outfit A-game on days like today. For me, a pale pink skirt and a pop of leopard is just as energizing as a shot of espresso. What’s your pick me up look like today?
