Pull Some Strings

When the weather’s great, life’s great. Simple as that. The past few weekends have been phenomenal: gorgeous sunshine, a gentle breeze and tons of fresh air. Even though I know we’re living on borrowed time (#winteriscoming), I’ll be milking this gorgeous weather for as long as I can. That means easy and relaxed pieces and when possible: drawstring waistlines. Believe me, I’ll be keeping things as light and loose before it’s eventually time to pile on the layers.

Loosen Up

If I had to pick one word to describe my wardrobe this summer, it would have to be relaxed. My style definitely loosened up and in turn, I think my attitude and followed suit. Imagine how much time and energy you save when you keep your outfits fuss-free! As a result, I basically lived in flowy frocks all season (see my two favorites here and here) and surprise — today’s dress is no exception.

Mash Up

Every now and then, I’ll put together an ensemble that I get really amped about. It’ll start with one standout piece like a neon coral skirt and just build from there. From a silky black tank to a gold chain necklace to a pair of leopard calf hair heels — it’s like all my favorite top hits mixed into one monster mashup. Every outfit should feel this good.
