a sequined spectacle.

The blog turns two this week and I’m kicking off the celebration in full-on sparkle! Tracy and I ventured to DUMBO to take a ride on Jane’s Carousel. It was the most hilarious and dizzying minute of my life. I’m sure we got a few stares for our shenanigans, but if I’m going to make a spectacle of myself, I’m going at least to do it in sequins!

I’m SO glad it’s Friday! But before I can officially kick back for the weekend, I’ve got work meetings, upcoming deadlines, and a few projects to wrap up. I’m keeping it short and sweet today and letting this office-perfect outfit speak for itself, but I’ll catch you all on the flipside!

must have: mirrored sunglasses.

I haven’t had many reasons to wear sunglasses this past winter, but I foresee plenty of activity in the sunshine this spring. And as much as I love my aviators and wayfarers, I think it’s time for a modern update on a classic staple. I’ve been seeing the mirrored sunglasses look popping up everyday and I’m loving it!
