Floral printed face masks for spring? Groundbreaking!
Last week the CDC announced that you don’t have to wear a mask outdoors if you’re fully vaccinated – or if you’re in a crowded area. Surprisingly (or maybe not so surprisingly?!), a lot of New Yorkers are still choosing to wear their masks on the sidewalk – it is NYC after all and our streets do tend to get crowded. Either way, I’m not mad about it – I love that so many people are still trying to do their part to be safe and keep themselves and each other health.
Also, having not been sick from COVID, let alone a cold or virus, for more than a year, I’m not opposed to keeping masks in my life for crowded and cramped situations (e.g. airplanes, subways) – you know, the ones where everyone cringes at someone’s cough or sneeze (even pre-pandemic!).
So, with spring in full swing, I wanted to share four of my favorite floral masks from Etsy. I prefer face masks with a nose wire, ear loops, a pocket filter and a cute print, which makes Etsy sellers my best bet.
