I’ve been nominated for the LTK Awards and need your help clinching the W!
LIKEtoKNOW.it is a mobile app where you can shop your favorite influencers outfits, beauty products, home decor, baby gear, gift ideas and so much more. Literally anything under the sun – if you’re looking for something in particular, you can enter it into the search engine and you’ll find tons of inspo!
It’s also how bloggers make their income – for me, it’s a side hustle that supports my family!. When you click on a link and make a purchase (it doesn’t have to even be the exact item linked), bloggers get a small commission – it can be as small as pennies on the dollar, but the sales eventually add up!
You can find me on the LTK app at @skirttherules_. I usually post new content in the app every day (even more than I do on Instagram and the blog combined!). You can find my styled photos, try ons with fit and sizing details, and a ton of collages with my favorite finds.
So about the LTK Awards – think of it as the Oscars of influencers (k, maybe that’s a stretch!). In past years, I remember the nominee slate looking SO homogenous. Literally every nominee was a clone of each other, and it was utterly lacking in diversity. I’m happy to say there are more bloggers nominated for a ton of categories this year and there is representation!! Honestly, all I ever wanted was to see some influencers up there that looked like me – I had no idea I would actually land a nomination myself.
