There are two things that I’m absolutely loving right now: puff sleeves and smocked tops and this red floral dress has both! It’s another great find from Amazon that’s only $28 and also comes in a cobalt blue and a marigold yellow (I shared it previously in my roundup of summer dresses under $40). One thing to know – the fabric is a little on the stiffer side (it kind of reminds me of a coverup), but the details and price are so good that I couldn’t pass it up.
