A Fancy Dress for a Fancy Night In

All dressed up and literally no where to go.

Today is Day 5 of working from home because of the coronavirus – it also happens to be James’ birthday! We were originally planning to fly to Phoenix to celebrate with family and friends, but made the decision to stay at home and practice social distancing. It’s a bit of a bummer, but we’ll make the best of it – we’re going to cook steak and will crack open one of the bottles of wine I had stocked up on earlier this week.

But more about this stunner of a little black dress. Last month, our friends hosted a fancy night out where we all get dressed up, go to one fancy bar for cocktails and then dance the night away at a dive bar. This dress is under $50 exceeded all expectations. The fabric is substantial (like a thick knit material) and fits like a glove. If that wasn’t enough, the ruffle one shoulder and the leg slit make this dress a home run. Whenever the coronavirus passes – and it will – I hope you have somewhere fun to wear this dress!
