Two Ways to Wear a Camel Midi Skirt

As bloggers, there’s a pressure to keep churning out new outfits – and for the longest time, I thought that meant wearing an outfit once and moving onto the next before the reader gets bored. It’s not very practical and it’s certainly not too inspiring. So I decided to do something different and when I posted my first “two ways to wear” photo wearing this midi skirt on Instagram, it received more engagement than my other recent posts. So exciting to see it resonate with others!

Now on to the start of the show: this midi skirt! I bought it last month in camel and burgundy and it’s quickly becoming my a favorite for fall. It’s an obvious choice for work because of the neutral color and modest length, and for an Amazon purchase it’s surprisingly decent quality.

I love it paired with a crisp white blouse for the office, but also wanted to show you how to wear it for after work drinks. Black and camel is a fail-proof color combo and when you add a leather moto jacket to the mix, you get instant downtown vibes (as discussed here). Also having a major headband moment and I’m obsessed with this bug print version as little pop of color and visual interest!
