First Jeans of the Season

Okay, in actuality, James and I shot this look while we were in Lexington, Kentucky a few weekends ago and it was still so so hot outside. I spent most of my time down south in dresses and skirts, but I really wanted to shoot this look because I knew jean season wasn’t too far away.
But there’s a reason why I’m still pairing my denim with off-the-shoulder tops instead of sweaters. Aside from the fear of passing out, it’s just another easy way to transition in between seasons. A little dash of summer, a little dash of fall – everybody wins!

I’m so excited that jeans season is hear! And I can’t wait until it’s cool enough to get to wear sweater with them! But for now, I’m all about off the shoulder tops with jeans 🙂
