This was both my favorite and most over the top outfit from Palm Springs. Not going to lie, this isn’t your everyday kind of dress, but the pops of color and giant cold shoulder frills make for one unforgettable summer outfit. It’s perfect for a vibrant vacation or a punchy party … or if you just want to look so perfectly matchy matchy at this hotel. I embraced the jolts of color with a bright bag, a pink lip and a pair of mirrored sunnies, because in a place like Palm Springs, I say the bolder, the better!
