This was the winter that I became finally a jeans girl. I’ve been wearing destroyed denim (in black, blue and white) on the reg, mostly because I’ve sworn off wearing tights as much as possible this season. With spring around the corner (fingers crossed!), I’m ready to return back to my roots with skirts – all of them – in every length, shape and color.
This striped asymmetrical pencil skirt makes for an aesthetically fun addition to the work wardrobe. You already know that I’m a sucker for stripes, but that asymmetrical cut is a detail missing from my arsenal of skirts until now. I could probably still pair it with a chunky sweater for the next month, but I’m already ready for lighter layers like this drapey, oversized blouse. Have you bought anything for your spring wardrobe that you’re already dying to wear?

Ooh, I would love to see this skirt with a chunky sweater! I love that combo, but haven’t gone for it myself since I only have two skirts in my closet, neither of which I’ve worn particularly often. Still, I love the asymmetrical nature of this skirt – I think it’s unique!
