There’s nothing sweeter than the start of the weekend.
Well, except a giant box of candy from Dylan’s Candy Bar.
It’s our last weekend at home before James and I head out on our honeymoon to Italy! We decided early on in the wedding planning process that we would take a belated honeymoon because 1) we wanted to have something to look forward to at the end of the summer and 2) all I did the week after we got married was eat burgers and sleep.
I can’t wait to share more about our Dolce Vita adventures (you can follow along on Instagram with the hashtag #skirttheglobe). Until then, it’s going to be a pretty low-key weekend – think laundry, packing and maybe some homemade avocado toast. And if you have any recommendations on what to do/see/eat in Milan, Venice, Florence, Capri and the Amalfi Coast, I’m all ears!
