Winter Inspiration with Tagspire

Can you believe winter is already here?  It feels like yesterday that we were up to our knees in snow and now the polar vortex is already back … with a vengeance.  This week, I’ve been dusting off my sweaters and pulling my winter coats out of storage, but I’m not happy about it. I’m in desperate need of some winter inspo, so I decided to pull a few of my favorite winter/holiday looks from last year to remind me of why I sort of maybe enjoy the season (if that’s even possible).

Call today’s post a little bit of an #FBF, if you will.  I’m revisiting a few of my favorite cold-weather looks from last year with the help of Tagspire, a social commerce site that helps you (blogger or not!) make money from your photos or other photo inspiration.  All you have to do is upload a photo from a website or your computer and use Tagspire’s database to tag the exact or similar items featured in the photo.  You can even incorporate multiple tags per photo.  Share with friends, family or followers and cash out after every $50 of commission you’ve made.  It’s all about word-of-mouth and I’d say that’s social shopping at it’s finest.

Okay, so I may not be thrilled of the idea of short winter days and low negative temps, but I do love dressing for it.  Cable knit sweaters, faux fur snoods, and ultra warm vests … these are accessories that get me out of bed and out the door in the morning.  Hover over the tags to see where to get yours before the polar vortex rolls through your neck of the woods.  And don’t forget to sign up for Tagspire to make the most of the busy holiday shopping season!  For more on how it works, you can check out a video tutorial here.  Happy styling and happy shopping!

I’ve been thinking the same thing! I am not quite prepared for winter dressing yet. I love the idea of looking back at your own things. I can handle highs in the 40s, but much colder than that and I am not sure how to stay chic!
