In case you forgot guys, it’s October. The leaves are starting to change, lower temps are rolling in and I think I’ve finally come to terms that it’s fall. I go through a phase of denial every year — until that is, I’m reminded of why it’s the best season for style. It’s time to stock up on all things cool and cozy: sweaters with zipper details, big felt hats and the cutest ankle booties. Gimme all of it!

Silky sweatshirt. I feel like it’s a bit of an oxymoron, but it was love at first sight with this top. Between the lightweight fabric to the texture-like print to the fact that it’s currently 50% off today only — It’s made for the fall days that start of chilly and warm up by the afternoon. And that my friends is something I’m not gonna argue about.

Considering how many dresses I own, it’s hard to believe I’ve never worn one with a drop waist before. I know the style’s nothing new, but it’s new to me and it’s safe to say that I’m officially obsessed how perfectly easy, feminine and fun the cut is. To make up for lost time, I scooped one up in navy and another one in red … both of which I know will be regular repeats in the fall rotation.
