It’s a grey area, this limbo between winter and spring. It’s late February, which means I’m already planning my spring outfits and thinking about prints and pastels. But the weather begs to differ. Temps reached a glorious 50°F this weekend and then overnight, we dipped back down by 20 degrees. As if Mondays didn’t suck enough already.
And so while the polar vortex is making an untimely return this week, you better believe I was barelegged all weekend in skirts, including this bright red beauty. But if you’re not ready to go bold, I recommend transitioning into slightly warmer temps (even if only for a fleeting weekend) with a spring time pieces in a neutral palette and a pop of leopard.
Don’t forget to enter my giveaway to win a Panasonic Nanoe blowdryer and flat iron! Contest ends Sunday, March 2nd at 12:00 AM EST. Good luck!
