During the last week of June, I went on a wonderful, week-long journey to Tokyo and Seoul.  Fast forward a few weeks and I finally recovered from jet lag, caught up with work, and uploaded all my favorite photos (you try sifting through 2,000 of them!).  It was an incredible adventure experiencing new cultures, exploring different districts, and “mastering” the transit systems.

Although we arrived in the heart of monsoon season, we were lucky to have a few days of sunny weather (read: hot, sticky, and humid!).  Thankfully, my lightweight tank and skirt helped battle the humidity while my new crossbody bag (best accessory ever) helped me navigate through the thick Tokyo crowds.

It’s pretty uncommon to find me a completely neutral outfit like this, but with the insane scenery of Tokyo in the backdrop, I’m not complaining.

If I had to pick a favorite season, it would definitely be spring. Besides the return of pastels and Peeps, this season is marked by gorgeous flowers, breezy weather (sometimes interrupted by unexpected showers), and outdoor festivities. All the while, I can’t help but get inspired by the vibrant colors that define this time of year.

Here are a few of my favorite pics. Enjoy!
