My blog is a year old today and I’m celebrating in my favorite dress and heels. I’ve been wanting to try out the high-low hem trend for a while now and found the perfect opportunity in this dress. I love the way it hangs, but love it even more when it’s caught in the wind. It’s fun and playful and perfect for spring.
