Last week, I shared that James and I aren’t really big on Valentine’s Day dates — or at least of the traditional variety. We avoid actually going out on February 14, mainly because I’m not a big fan of crowded restaurants and pricey pre-fixe menus. So we decided to celebrate a little early over the weekend … with a day trip to Charleston, South Carolina.
