summer sequins.

There’s something about a touch (or punch) of sequin that adds instant glam to any outfit. Wearing sequins during the day is one of my favorite ways to combine casual and chic pieces. Because even though I don’t have any special occasions lined up, I won’t let that stop me from sprinkling in a little sparkle.

Hello Monday, we meet again. The start of another work week calls for another something special to get me through the day. This time, it’s a geometric statement necklace that I scored on sale at a recent BaubleBar trunk show. These baubles are gonna pair perfectly with bright solid colors or bold graphic prints. Here, the necklace plays off a geometric print top for an outfit that’s all about clean lines and chic shapes.

It was barely a month ago that I was reveling in my first ever actual spring. The whole city was in bloom and everyone had an extra pep in their step. Well May has come and gone and summer is moving on in. It feels like I barely just tucked away my winter coats, but with the 90°F weather rolling in, it’s about time for my denim and leather jackets to go into hibernation too.
