Most of you know that October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.  It’s a time for us to share information about the prevention, detection, and treatment of breast cancer as well as participate in some amazing events that raise funds for research.  As for me, I’ll be wearing pink all week long and sharing some insightful links along the way.

mix + match.

I’m so glad that I made the most of last week’s mildly warm weather because today, temps dropped to 50 degrees.  I didn’t realize that NYC fall = Arizona winter, but this is what I signed up for, so I’m stickin’ it out!  I’ve got a few warm weather outfits lined up like this mixed print number, but after that it’s sweaters, boots, and jackets for me!

prints + pastel.

Easter festivities might be over, but pastels are sticking around all season long.  Mixing a pastel floral print with a bright tribal pattern makes for an unexpectedly balanced combo that’s sure to brighten the day.
