I took these photos on Sunday morning, just before Hurricane Sandy rolled into town. The overcast was perfect for shooting, but the wind left my hair disheveled in a lot of the pics. Well, thankfully, I survived the wrath of Frankestorm — my very first hurricane — and am looking forward to enjoying my weekend in windless peace! Happy Friday all!

Halloween spirit is in full effect.  I mean, even the weather is following suit (ahhh Frakenstorm).  Today, I’m taking the more cheerful approach with an outfit that was unintentionally inspired by candy corn.  Happy trick or treating, my friends!

pop of color.

You probably already know that I’m not shy when it comes to color, but colored denim is something that I only recently embraced earlier this year.  I don’t know what took me so long to hop on this bandwagon, but I’m fully on board and kicking off the weekend with these hot pink skinny jeans.  Hope you all have a wonderful weekend!
