cheap frills.

Sometimes it’s the little things in life that bring the most joy and for this outfit, the little details went a long way.  I was so enamored when I first laid eyes on this dress a few months ago and equally as excited to wear it to our dear friends’ wedding over the weekend (more on that tomorrow!).  Who knew that some cutout petals could make a dress feel so unique?

little white dress.

Last Friday, I gave you a little preview of my charity gala outfit.  As promised, here’s the whole shebang!  Let me tell you, it’s not easy running around in a white dress (strictly clear drinks all night), but the combination of lace, neon, and snake print made it all worth it.  Photos from the event to come!

My blog is a year old today and I’m celebrating in my favorite dress and heels.  I wore this one-shoulder number last year on my 25th birthday and thought it would only be fitting to rock it on an equally important milestone.  Thanks again to everyone for your support.  I’m glad so many love the blog as much as I love putting it together!  Cheers!
