Another flashback to the weekend before last, when I was frolicking around the city with bare legs and a big smile. To say that I’m over winter is an understatement. I’m ready to burn my tights — all of them! I’m pretty sure we all are. But for now, while the east coast is getting pummeled by another storm, I’ll be dreaming of the days where the only layer I need is a anorak jacket, a light sweater and a little bit of gingham.

Last Sunday, I had the joy of attending the RewardStyle party at the Empire Hotel. Prior to the rooftop party, a few of my lovely blogger friends and I pre-gamed gathered at Krista’s rooftop for outfit photos.
For the party, I scooped up a new dress from Forever 21. I’m obsessed with the texture of this dress and I love that the black and neon combo is the perfect balance of brights for fall. But of course, it wouldn’t be #NYFW if I didn’t turn it up a few notches, so I paired geo print on geo print. The result: a mix of sharp shapes, punctuated with bold accessories throughout — a formula that will never get old!
