Maybe it’s the gloomy weather or maybe it’s the New Yorker vibe rubbing off on me, but I decided to get off this rut with a pair of hot pink pants and a golden spiked necklace. You know I’m all for neutrals, but only when they’re spiced up with a little something punchier. How are you beating the winter blues?

I’m excited to share that, over the next few weeks, I’ll be styling some amazing designer shoes on loan to me courtesy of Chic for a Week — a brand new website where you can rent designer shoes without the designer price.

My first pair of shoes are the most adorable patent pumps from Kate Spade! I would’ve never thought to invest in a pair of polka dot heels, but it turns out that they go with everything — including more polka dots!
