This week, I …

· Just picked up this beach cover-up, this floral print romper and these short shorts for our trip to St. Martin next week.  Someone get me to the beach … right meow.

· Uploaded a bunch of new items to my Poshmark closet and they’re going fast!  Shop my wardrobe here.

· Enjoyed my first run by the river of the year.  Man, I missed this view.  Note to self: get outdoors more often!

· Rounded up a few of my favorite Derby-inspired dresses, but for those of you who aren’t sipping on a mint juleps this weekend, I’m loving alternative dresses one, two and three.  They’re all 30% off this weekend only!

· Am loving the fact that paisley is making a comeback for summer.  How darling is this shirt, this pencil skirt, this dress and these pants?

· Played dress up with the fabulous team at vente-privee.  I wore a fabulous floral dress and a gorgeous bag.  Can’t wait to share the full look and details with you later this month!

· Can’t get enough of hot yoga.  Have you tried it before?  I made it one of my goals to try Bikram yoga before my next birthday, but my friend recommend this version instead.  NYC friends, check out Yoga to the People.  Five dollars for the best, sweatiest sixty minutes of your life!

· Heard that J.Crew is launching a lower-priced line (called J.Crew Mercantile) that falls somewhere in between full-price and J.Crew Factory.  Amazing right??  The debut is TBD, so in the meantime, I have my eye on this striped dress, this crystal necklace and this punk floral print skirt.

This week, I …

· Scored some major deals during LOFT’s overnight flash sale on Tuesday (it’s 40% off everything this weekend!).  Two new jackets (one moto and one striped tweed), a navy blue blazer and a flowy button up blouse in black and navy.  You know I can’t say no to a sale.

· Have my eye on a few leopard print dresses from ASOS.  I especially love this shift dress and this one with leather pockets,

· Enjoyed a quick little getaway down to DC this past weekend.  The weather was amazing, the cherry blossoms were beginning to bloom and I scooped up a new pair of heels!  I’d say that’s a win.

· Am having some major spring bag lust.  Love this pink/cheetah bag, this bright turquoise cross body and this hole-punched leather tote.  You can never have too many bags, right?  Right.

· Tried CityRow for the first time.  I’ve never rowed in my life, but I loved the high energy class because it engage your arms, legs and core.  My abs are still sore from class … but it was totally worth it!  I think next up on the workout bucket list: Pure Barre.  Would love to hear your experiences on either class!

· Am loving the Peter Som for Kohl’s DesigNation collection!  My favorites include this striped empire dress, this white eyelet dress, these printed drawstring pants and this brightly striped romper.  Who else is ready for summer?

· Read an interesting article by Fashionista on beau-togs: boyfriends who take photos for their blogger boos.  My favorite sound bite: “There is a golden rule in style blogging: you are nothing without your photographer.”  So lucky to have one of my own!

· Need to hide my wallet because the DVF Friends & Family Sale is going on this weekend.  On my radar: these tortoise pumps, this bright yellow crossbody and this printed flare skirt.

· Am off on another trip — this time into the heart of Texas to visit on of my BFFs.  On the agenda, BBQ, two-steppin’ and matching tattoos (just kidding about the last one mom).  Follow along on Instagram! #skirttheglobe
