I fall deeper in love with NYC every time I step out the front door. There’s always so much to do, be it shopping, eating, aimless meandering, or all of the above. Last week, the boyfriend came to visit and it was the perfect time to check out some notable sights, but also to explore more hidden gems. So … I may or may not be guilty of excessively taking Instagram pics of my food, but it’s hard not to when it looks this good! Giant slices of pizza and chocolate shakes are definitely getting me through this summer.

Whenever I go out to eat, I definitely make it a point to eat at local establishments and they never disappoint (although a trip to In-n-Out or Chipotle slips in there from time to time). Here are a few of my favorite Instagram snaps from recent outings. Bon appetit!
