There’s nothing like spring time in the city and if you think NYC is all pavement and skyscrapers, think again. Our little concrete jungle turns into a gorgeous garden. The sidewalks are lined with tulips and the streets are shaded in magnolia and cherry blossom trees. So why not dress to match the mood?
