I shot this outfit back in February back when it was way too cold for skirts and any jacket that didn’t have down feathers in it. What I’d give to have a reason to be outside in an outfit like this right now – I’d even take the 30ºF weather if I had to! Well when that time comes, you’re gonna want this ruffle midi skirt. I just love how over-the-top feminine it is, but you can also dress it down with a jean jacket and ankle booties, or a leather jacket and white sneakers like this outfit.
