You know I love a good tie-front dress – I practically live in these during the summer! This navy floral version is only $23 and was perfect for our trip to Charleston. I wore it to our first brunch in town at Millers All Day, which I highly recommend!

I’ll admit, Charleston in February is still a little chilly. Most people were still wearing jackets while I was prancing up and down King Street in my espadrille wedges and straw bag. It was still 20 degrees warmer than New York, so I’ll take it!
