When someone asks me how the apartment is going … well, let’s just say it took five months to pick out pillows for our sofa.

I’ve been dying to share the new sofa that we got earlier this fall, but up until recently, it felt impossible finding the right throw pillows for it. I think the final result was worth the wait – what do you think??

To say I love this couch is an understatement. When we bought our current apartment, we gained a lot more space and I know I wanted to upgrade our living room with some sort of sectional couch. The Melrose from Apt2B ended up being the perfect setup. The chaise is actually reversible, meaning I can move the ottoman from one side to the other, flip the cushions and voila – we can customize our setup and switch it up if we ever feel like rearranging!

But the biggest factor in deciding on our new sofa was that it’s actually a sleeper sofa! We rarely had guests at our old, tiny apartment, but we’ve had six guests stay come to visit us already!

This is hands down my favorite spot in our apartment – it’s literally the best seat in the house. Don’t believe me? Ask our dog, Hiro. 😉
