This little white embroidered dress was another late add to the summer wardrobe. It would’ve been perfect a trip to the beach, a day in the park or any warm weekend adventure and I wish I had gotten it sooner! But just because officially summer is over in a few days, doesn’t mean the time to wear this dress is either. Even though the airy, cotton dress gives all the summer feels, the brick red embroidery is just enough to carry it into fall. Instead of tucking it away for six months, I threw on my favorite ankle booties to make the look a little more seasonally appropriate. Switching out sandals for booties is such a simple style trick, but it can completely transform your outfit and give your summer dresses a few more weeks of life.
